3. Promised Land Immigration & Consulting Services will ensure their clients are fully informed and clearly understand everything signed and all services to be provided.
4. Promised Land Immigration & Consulting Services will gather all facts objectively with due diligence and without personal bias or legal advice, while noting any and all red flags prior to providing any assistance.
5. Promised Land Immigration & Consulting Services is not a law firm and will immediately refer individuals to an Immigration Attorney when any red flag are noted.
6. Promised Land Immigration & Consulting Services will maintain confidentiality regarding all information and documentation received.
7. Promised Land Immigration & Consulting Services will help obtain supporting documents when applicable and at the individual’s expenses.
8. Promised Land Immigration & Consulting Services will provide Spanish to English language translations for foreign language documents as required by USCIS, with the highest level of accuracy at the client’s expenses.
9. Promised Land Immigration & Consulting Services will submit completed immigration forms and will submit packages to the USCIS with the individual’s consent at the client’s expenses.
10. Promised Land Immigration & Consulting Services will provide a written contract and dated receipts for all payments and services received.
11. Promised Land Immigration & Consulting Services prices do not include any applicable government fees paid directly to the USCIS or any government agency.
12. Promised Land Immigration & Consulting Services will maintain a confidential copy of each file including contracts, receipts, and all documents submitted to the USCIS – originals should be returned to the individual.
